This Schedule summarises the fees associated with certain (but not all) trustee.net.nz limited products and are quoted in NZ$ unless otherwise stated. Please note that, where applicable, Goods and Services Tax will be added at 15% or the the applicable rate.

• Initial consultation with a qualified Trust Practitioner
• Formation of new NZ trustee company 
• Initial drafting Trust Deed under NZ law - (additional drafting subject to legal fees)
• Preparation of draft Memorandum of Wishes - (additional drafting subject to legal fees)
• Trustees First Minutes
• Acceptance of the Trust's initial settled property

Provision of professional Trustees to maintain the Trust, protect the assets and carry out their responsibilities in accordance with the Trust Deed.

In addition, the following will be charged according to our standard fees (see below):

• additional document drafting to establish trust
• Opening of bank account
• Appointment of financial advisors and ongoing administration
• Appointment of stockbrokers and ongoing administration
• Holding of Trustee meetings
• Approval of distributions from the Trust Fund, and preparation of relevant Trustee Minutes
• Acceptance of additional Settled Funds, and preparation of relevant Trustee Minutes
• Appointment or retirement of Trust Protector where appropriate to include preparation of all relevant documentation
• Liaison with the Trust Protector, if appointed
• Preparation of Trust Accounts

Our standard professional fee is NZ$450 per hour charged on a time cost basis. The minimum charge increment will be 15 minutes.
